They're gonna pile it on with these next two suits. There will probably be more vultures to line up later as well.
He's already getting investigated for shelling out his shekels before he filed bankruptcy. His Free Speech Systems company has over $50M in liabilities to a certain PQPR Holdings. Don't have to be an auditor to see through that shite.
He'll fight like hell. It will be interesting to see who will come to his aid and who will distance themselves. Appears MTG is still in his corner.
