Rand is one of my favorite politicians, but I think him and Trump would butt heads a bit when they inevitably get to something they don't quite agree on. But if that was the ticket, it'd have my vote in a heartbeat.

So now VPs need name recognition?

You voted for a VP that got 1% in her own state

I like Tulsi a lot. I don't want her having a shred of power in the government unless it's in the DoD. You guys have got to stop fawning over every off-white woman that isn't a raging leftist that is a 6 or higher.

I was not a Rand/Ron fan when it was trendy, but I've matured and so has Rand. I've grown to appreciate some headbutting in the right situations. We need competing ideas because it protects us from our own biases, we just don't need it going off the rails like the Dems of the past 15-20 years.

If the rest of you would've listened to him lassoing in the fed 20+ years ago, we probably wouldn't be getting 87000 IRS agents, 2500 them armed for conflict.

As long as the VP oversees the Department of Progressive Cleansing, I'd be ok with whomever.

Every time I'd start to warm up to him he'd do something stupid. He's had a long winning streak now. Besides, 87000 IRS agents means 87000 pink slips when we take it back.

Honestly, I think this has to be the answer. If he doesn’t pick Ron and he wins.. 2028 becomes a huge circus. You’ll have Trump’s handpicked VP versus DeSantis who will have to run then. Trump would be obligated to back his VP assuming we don’t have a Pence-like situation. All of the current hypotheticals would actually play out and it would get very very ugly. Waiting until 2032 won’t be an option for Ron.
