Who Said It: Mike Bloomberg or Donald Trump?

I'm not sure who had the worst wreck this week, Ryan Newman or Michael Bloomberg.

Those Bloomberg quotes are horrible, the Trump ones TBH aren't that bad.

Bloomberg:
