Joe has never been very bright to begin with, so he didn’t have very far to fall.That said, Joe is starting off in a much worse state than Reagan was at the end of his second term.

Reagan’s “Tear Down This Wall” speech was in 1987, his second to last year in office. And he kept deciding to put that line back in his speech ever multiple times of his advisors taking it out.

I agree. I was trying to be generous to Joe. His best day or act as an elected official (whatever the hell that might be) likely doesn't come close to Reagan's Farewell.
