Yeah I remember that, are you now saying you are prepared to show me where in the sixth amendment such a right is guaranteed? Or maybe, just maybe you are willing to concede that I am correct and that particular right was given via SCOTUS, and thus could be taken away via SCOTUS? I doubt that
