Its already happening, there is a reason all these H1Bs speak Telugu
I am curious about this, but really do not understand.
I know the Telugus are historically a low caste in India - they are Dravidian, not Indo-European. Why are they (supposedly) the big winners with H1b visa in the U.S.?
