Indulge me...let's get to the bottom of this. What is collusion and how does it pertain to federal election laws? Specifics please. Specific definition that has been applied to the FECA. Also...which section of the FECA has it been applied to. Also...are definitions in the FECA itself overridden by the definition of collusion you provide. Where did the definition your provided come from?
