They can't riot 24 hours a day. Go where they are sleeping and gas them and round them up.

This is where the professional groups come in. I guarantee a lot of these "protestors" are bought and paid for and were bussed in from out of state. They're probably going to hotels in the suburbs and sleeping during the day so they can be active through the night.

Start impounding all out of town vehicles, or boot the wheels. Record License plate numbers and find those vehicles during the day. Shut it down.
