Masks, shutdowns, concerts, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, stripclubs, rioting, social distancing, etc?

Just as an FYI, they want you to be so miserable that you don’t bother to vote for Trump this fall. That’s all this is. Ignore the media and social media and you’ll find things aren’t that different right now. You just have to drink at home a little more.

Our governor, who is not a Dem, has fallen in line as has our local gang that couldn't shoot straight. Have no clue when the draconian measures will stop.

Simple answer is, it depends. In the past the riots have either burned out, been put down, or effected change. The illness stuff generally burns itself out in under 3 years. If the riots burn themselves out before the spring the 1-2 years before the return to a close norm. If they are put down half assed then they will return and be the norm. If they are properly put down then the norm comes back quickly. If they effect change then the norm is gone and we will either be much better or much worse after a decade of transition.
Ideally both will just burn out before Christmas and spring would begin to transition to the norm. Unfortunately that’s the least likely outcome

When we break up. The United States of America is an absolute perversion of a constitutional republic. We're $22 trillion in debt. We're a bloated empire whose political class cares more about the Syrian border than our own. Half the country is obese. Probably 90% of the country is functionally illiterate on the topics of politics and government. We worship vapid celebrities and viral internet sensations. And we're hell bent on restricting speech and destroying history that makes us uncomfortable. Time to end this experiment permanently and balkanize.
