When Kav gets confirmed, how long til lawyers use this “scandal” against him

In future cases. It seems like the dems knew pretty much no matter what he’d get confirmed so they are using this woman and this “scandal” to leave a cloud over his entire career as a justice.

At this point, I think his confirmation is getting less and less likely every time Grassley ignores his own "deadlines"
