When does the “Mueller is a Republican” talking point start

The entire time we heard Mueller is a Republican so it’s that bad that he would take Trump down. Now that he has nothing the opposite talking point is likely to emerge. How can he be trusted since he is a Republican

I think that will be third or fourth talking point. Number one will be that the report left enough meat on the bone to show a cloud of suspicion over Trump. Number two will be that Trump interfered with the investigation. There are probably one or two I am missing.

Just venture on over to DU, it's already happening.
The other talking points are:
"We don't know what's in it yet! It could be surprise SUGGESTIONS of indictments since there won't be any new indictments themselves!"
"Why has tRump (sic) taken all of his lawyers to Mar-a-lago over the weekend if he's innocent??!"
