For rape/incest, which there aren't. Guess Roy Moore still lives on in Alabama.

The morning after pill is available after rape or incest.

Given the state of abstinence-only education in these Republican strongholds (what's Alabama, 50th in education? 49th?), that's a fairly accurate statement.
You have argued yourself into a state of mental retardation

if contraception were widely available
It is.

Condoms have a horrid success rate, BC and other contraception like IUDs are constantly being removed from healthcare plans by Republicans for 'moral' reasons, and you think it's widely available?

Alabama isn’t an abstinence only state.

Try again.

I stand corrected.

Although now we are talking about geographic location and financial wherewithal defining "viability" and therefore the right to life.

Answer the question. Can the state force you to provide a kidney to transplant to an individual who is dying, provided you'll both live?

It is quite likely that no more than 1% of the US population is currently in a location that multiple forms of birth control are available within a 5 mile radius...

Birth Control is more available than fresh vegetables.

That's a pretty good explanation of why one person's rights don't supersede another's.

You can get BC pills at the county health department. No insurance needed. It's about $20 a month. Also free unlimited condoms

That's in 49th ranked Alabama

From Alabama’s website. You’re a mess today.

No. But the state can stop me from taking someone else’s kidney because it’s more convenient for me to have it.

We're not talking about your straw man case, we're talking about a case where you're forgoing bodily autonomy to keep someone else alive at the demand of the state. Can they legally do that, in your mind?

Choose to ignore all the examples I gave of how they control their body to prevent bringing a fetus to term. Once the baby has a heartbeat, it is alive and women do not have the right to supersede the baby’s right to live.

It’s really very simple.
