Not 100% accurate. Surprise attacks against stronger foes happen with frequency.

Yeah, relying on France to bail us out again would be a joke. I'd rather we'd depend on ourselves.

If less than 1% of the US population is a large standing 'army' in a world of 7,000,000,000 people, then OK I guess...
