Ultimately the courts turned their backs and failed to do their duty.
As we have learned over the last 5+ years, the U.S. judicial system is extremely corrupt and partisan.

“How sad is it that most Republicans “still”can’t get over the fact that Trump lost in 2020?”
If the election was an honest election and Trump actually lost why wouldn’t the states accused of cheating open up their records, voting data, etc.and prove that they held an honest election.
The reason they wouldn’t is because they cheated and it was easily provable. If they didn’t cheat and allowed all their voting data be examined and it proved their election results were honest those accusing them would have looked like idiots.
All that being said I really think it was for the best the way it turned out.The Democrats revealed for the world to see how depraved and corrupt they are.

This is also the apparatus of the Republican party, which gives us the Cassidy's, Murkowski's and Raffenbergers without regard to the best interests of the American citizenry.
This is true but we also bear responsibility in this as voters because we don’t HAVE to continually vote for and re-elect these people.
Just because we don’t exercise our right to make informed choices doesn’t mean we haven’t had that right.
Term-limits would probably be good but it’s mainly to protect us from ourselves.

Wasn’t he one of the handful of Republican senators who voted to impeach Trumpm over J6? I seem to recall TD posters going in on a Cassidy billboard putting him on blast.

I've tried to convince myself of that = and IF we can get fair election legislation enacted it would definitely have been a blessing in disguise.
BUT = Unless we can get this corrupt alliance between democrats and media out of power, noting his going to matter in the long run.
