You mean the part where it clearly describes THREE branches of govt? That part? Congress has no authority in "running" the govt. If they dont want to audit the govt, taxes, and spending, then they should pass a law to say exactly that

I wonder that whenever I see a law pertaining to firearms.
The founders wrote what they thought would be understandable by anyone but we have plenty of dumbasses who dont know what "shall not be infringed" means.
Every single gun law on the books is unconstitutional.
