I don’t see a war breaking out, I think assassinations would begin taking place on everyone who had a hand in it. Senator, members of Congress, judges, CIA/FBI, people in the media, things like that. A war is highly unlikely, as is civil unrest. I think you would get fringe elements acting upon what happened as if it were war, but there won’t be troops marching down the highways if that’s what you’re asking.

There are people in this very thread who strangely don't think politicians (and media personalities, etc). would be killed over this. It is as if they are completely unaware that Americans have assassinated droves of politicians throughout US history.
