When he became the nominee. I wanted to Rand Paul to win but I had the opportunity to see him speak at the NRA Convention in Nashville and Louisville and he really sold me. One of the proudest days seeing him win and watching snowflakes lose their mind.

When he became the Republican nominee.
I would have voted for Jim Webb over him, but the Dems are too dumb so he was already out at that point. They'll never put up an electable candidate.

He really was the best candidate they had, and would have killed it with independents. I'm glad they didn't put him up because Trump has been much better than I expected.
