It was President Bill Clinton doing that to take the heat off the administration over terrorist attacks on US embassies. Coined the phrase "Wag the Dog" Killed a lot of innocent civilians. And failed to have a district court arrest warrant to justify the killing.

Every time Clinton started feeling heat, shithole nations would prepare for air strikes.

I remember the Loral Corp CEO was a huge donor to Slick Willie. While Loral was making sure China got our MIRV targeting tech, Slick was using the Monica Lewinsky story to 'Wag the Dog"!!

Two of the most hated politicians in this country yet the media makes us all feel they are loved and adored.

And remember the Lafarge scandal? Lafarge — a multinational concrete conglomerate based in France — was found guilty of funding terrorist groups such as ISIS and the al-Nusra Front to keep its concrete operations in Syria and the Middle East running during the phony Arab spring.

Lafarge also were large donors to the Clinton Foundation: Hillary Clinton once served on Lafarge’s Board of Directors and likewise served as the company’s legal counsel before Bill was elected President. I’m sure this is all one very bizarre coincidence.
