Might be the small shite. For example,there might be more cases of inappropriate actions at public pools. Or petty street crime by migrants or property damage/ riots. Things that go unreported by the media to prevent further backlash against the migrants either because of government pressure or their own agenda. I know these are not terror attacks, but it would not surprise me if these incidents are ignored.

His whole argument is silly anyway because the media gets most of their initial info concerning terrorist attacks from public officials. If a cover-up is happening, it would have to start at the government level.
