I've been taking B and C for 20 years now. The best innovation has been 'chewable'. I don't like swallowing and I don't like 'gummies.'
And I HATE 'Buy 1 for double price and get 1 free!'

Is Vitamin D3 the same as "Vitamin D"

Yes and no. Sunlight is best. No need for a vitamin D supplement if you get UV rays 15 min x 3 days a week....naked. I encourage fit women practice this daily fwiw. Good for the body and bones.

D3 foods are fish, eggs and yack liver.

I am vaccinated but believe that a vitamin protocol can be an effective tool in helping prevent covid or lessen the symptoms whether you or vaccinated or not.

Of course this makes good sense and one has to wonder why the public policy makers don't preach about it.

Your regimen sounds very similar to the FLCCC recommendations. LINK

I eat a normal, healthy diet. Exercise regularly. And don't pump unneeded vitamins in my body that only make expensive and colorful pee.
