Its not even like Massie is some anti trumper, he just wants the GOP to cut the gov down while it has control of the gov.

Eating our own does not work. The question to ask is which congressmen in the GOP are demanding we include bullshite spending in order to secure their vote?

I respect Amash a lot to this day even though I still dont get why he went down that road. I know this will probably fuel the anti-massie hate, but Massie did endorse Amash this past election cycle when he ran for the GOP senate primary. I think Amash would have won Michigan

I don’t agree with any politician or commentator 100% of the time but some of the most awesome libertarians can have some of the most retarded ideological takes possible when they decide to stick their stake in the ground.

I have become a Dave Smith acolyte. Any time he criticizes Trump I am
Usually on board.

That being said, his absolute refusal to call Hamas and Palestine a bunch of moronic terrorists is an Achilles heel. I don’t say this as a Pro Israel guy. They’re all assholes, I just don’t get the defense of a bunch of 10th century barbarians that keep doing 10th century barbarian a-hole stuff. Dave, I love you, but there’s a reason that absolutely nobody in the surrounding area takes them in. Because they’re a giant pile of dicks that cause trouble anywhere they go.

Looks like Massie has always been a fraud who has tried to railroad Trump's Agenda. Here he is trying to prevent money going to the Wall in 2019. This fraud is no Conservative

Agree with you there 100%. I was a big Dave Smith fan about 8 years ago - I used to donate to the Mises Caucus. They were very pro Russia at the onset of the war which irked me (this was before we even sent Ukraine aid), and their stance with Hamas completely made me leave them. Pro Peace is the opposite of cheering on the invaders. You can disagree with funding others defense, but rooting for the aggressor is gross. Especially when the aggressors have anti-American sentiment.

He passed CRs under Biden

I cannot believe "conservatives" are going after the most principled small government politician in all of DC. The ONE guy who stood against all the covid insanity and spending.

fricking mind blowing.

Its crazy to see. Trump is the dude (wouldnt have this avatar otherwise), but Massie is also an animal. If we had 218 massies in congress there would be no deficit

I’ll say I’m disappointed that Massie and Paul have never came out against turtle either. Paul is the other senator and Massie is from the same district as turtle

The easy tell is when they claim they are "principled conservatives"

It’s funny you bring up stuff from 2014 yet ignore other people (the VP) being anti trump not too long ago.

People learn and change and there is no better time to change than now that it’s the information era. You’re hate for the best governor in the land is also so weird

Ron has not learned or changed. He is who he always was. A Never Trumper Establishment politician. A snake in the grass like Paul Ryan, Tom Cotton, Adam Kinzinger, Mitt Romney, etc. They will use Trump when politically necessary but then stab him in the back at their first opportunity

One has changed and now helping MAGA while the other has rumors of his wife running for continuation of power and still mad he lost. He doesn’t help MAGA and is never at any events.

Tax cuts, no new wars, going after the media, beating Hilldawg and Kamala, pardons...

I can go on and on. I voted for the man 3 times.

That in no way means he's above criticism, but to some in here, they seem to think he is. No better than Democrats when it comes to absolute total tribalism.

Everyone is cheering DOGE, then when Massie comes in wanting to make the REAL cuts needed, all these Trump apologists fall right in line.

Sad to see.
