SCOTUS is not going to invalidate the ACA, whether ACB is on the court or not.
Everyone here needs to be ready for that result. The ACA WILL NOT be stricken in its entirety, regardless of the fact that Sibelius suggests that it should be.
The framework has been around too long now, and the court is not going to rip the scab off. Especially considering the lack of a replacement plan.
This comes from someone who is 100% of the belief that a strict reading of Sibelius would result in the ACA being unconstitutional on its face. However, SCOTUS is going to wiggle out of invalidating ANY legal regime after its been in action for a decade and impacts so many, even if there were 9 Scalias on the Court.

My family’s health insurance went from around $300 to $780 dollars monthly for a much worse policy. That alone makes Obama the worst president of my lifetime in my opinion. For God’s sake do something with the ACA.

Right. Roberts isn't going to reverse himself. Nor is he going to allow himself to be reversed. He's the one that thread the needle regarding taxing power.

What if the court case is not started until about 2022 when Lagan or Sotomayor leaves?
