Thanks for the additional info. It's definitely good to see someone else has done some digging.

Techno Fog does. He has never posted on all the sealed indictments as far as I know.

Good call. I just DM'ed him about it. I'll be curious to see if he responds, and his thoughts if so.

To answer your question about Veselnitskaya - I haven't seen a single update about her since all of the MSM stories broke on Jan 8/9 of this year.

It's tangible; I can see it on paper. I like things that I can see.

It's unusual too.

We shall see.

Did any of them ever amount to anything or are they still sealed?

Just as an add on...there have been several thousand documents unsealed in PACER, some noteworthy like most of the NXIVM bust, and we'll see if Op Broken Heart was an unsealing...

Here's an example of one of the unsealed documents in the NXIVM case...
NXIVM Memo unsealed

Civilian org's that do background checks on prospective employees also pay to have access to the system. I know someone with access to it.

TF just messaged back. He's very non-committal about his response. Says there could be any number of explanations for the historically-disproportionate number of sealed records.

The only folks I know in the legal profession are incredibly aloof a out answering questions about why the number is so high.

So no one has any clue what they are talking about in this thread and have to defer to lawyers who don’t have the time to deal with conspiracy theories ?

Interesting. Thanks. Isn't there a difference in a memo and sealed indictments? I am sure NXIVM equates in busts of a lot of people. I sure hope so. Does NXIVM extend across the pond possibly under another auspice?

Thanks. I am shocked he replied to you. That's great that he did.

I file cases into the federal court system that are sealed from public view. They’re entirely civil matters and are in no way indictments.

Just an FYI to make sure whomever is curating the PACER info really knows they’re looking at sealed indictments rather than other types of sealed cases.

The PACER data on number of sealed records/indictments is not up for debate.

There approximately 25X the number of same sealed docs filed in the past 2 years when compared to previous averages. They might not all be indictments, but on the spectrum we discussed earlier, it sure as shite isn't "There aren't any".

Given that there are a dozen individuals with PACER access working independently on compiling this information, I have to assume this is correct.

Sure, as do most people, see below

Historical averages in PACER show 1 in about 9 were indictments...
Usually indicting multiple people at a time.

IF (big IF) average is indicative, then roughly 12k are indictments...other documents are supporting evidence, etc.
