If Republicans keep the Senate then his main achievements will be appointing SC justices and other federal judges and any international peace treaties that do not need any ratification by Congress. Democrats will filibuster everything else. Without the Senate he might as well go scorched earth because that will be exactly what Congress will do to him. The only thing he will be able to accomplish without the Senate will be negotiating peace agreements overseas and instituting the Insurrection Act against rioters. The real question might not be what can Trump accomplish but what can the DOJ accomplish.

as great as he has been, he's done more than enough except punish traitors to the country. he has to be held accountable for that. no excuse with a second term to not get that done
