No, and it’s helpful that we have a very recent unanimous Supreme Court ruling, saying it’s unconstitutional for states to try to remove his name from ballots due to last minute local qualification requirements.

You're right but this is why I've been thinking they won't convict him. They may not care about transparency, but there'd be a humongous backlash against Dems if Trump is convicted.

I will be absolutely stunned if it’s anything but guilty. It should be a 1/2 hour deliberation to return not guilty, but this whole deal has been rigged from the start.

Its going to be guilty. It was rigged from the start. It will be overturned though. I hope Trump uses it to his advantage to relate with certain demographics that feel that they have been screwed by the system as well.
