How much of a hand does DARPA have in creating all of the major tech companies (Google, Amazon, twitter, Facebook, youtube)

It is odd that the day darpa announced they were canceling the Lifelog project was the same day Zuckerberg launched Facebook. Also the "f" in both are the exact same. The lifelog project was started to create a database of everyone's entire life, their behaviors, what they do, and where they went.

Wired Feb-2004

quote:

The Pentagon canceled its so-called LifeLog project, an ambitious effort to build a database tracking a person's entire existence. Run by Darpa, the Defense Department's research arm, LifeLog aimed to gather in a single place just about everything an individual says, sees or does: the phone calls made, the TV shows watched, the magazines read, […]

Harvard Feb-2004 newspaper on Facebook launch

quote:

After about a week of coding, Zuckerberg launched thefacebook.com last Wednesday afternoon. The website combines elements of a standard House face book with extensive profile features that allow students to search for others in their courses, social organizations and Houses.
“Everyone’s been talking a lot about a universal face book within Harvard,” Zuckerberg said. “I think it’s kind of silly that it would take the University a couple of years to get around to it. I can do it better than they can, and I can do it in a week.”

The "f" is the same

When people look at Zuckerberg as some sort of visionary, all I see is a person thats so high on power that they feel they can change the world

Citizen - Hey Alexa, How does our Government legally circumvent domestic spying?

Alexa - By creating social media platforms where gullible people tell us everything they think, everything they believe in and openly post everything they do. With their own permission we now have open mics in your home listening to everything you say and do. How do I know when you call for me unless I am listening to everything you say?

Citizen - ????????

You know Trump was over the target when Yahoo and other outlets were calling his assertions that the Big Tech defendants in his suit were part of the government "ridiculous" and "outlandish".

There's more historically accurate content in the Empire Strikes Back than there is The Social Network.

The rabbit hole goes deeper. Look at the history of backrub and Google as well. Something was odd about this phenomenon of 20 something nobodies starting these major tech companies out of thin air in the late 90's early 2000's

I bet 99.99% of people aren't aware, and think it was just some quirky kid with a big idea that started it. Clearly Zuckerberg and all these tech tyrants are property of the Deep State
