In your opinion the rioting and theft of sneakers/rims/home goods as well as arson of a convenient store are out of a desire for people's voice to be heard?
id guess the looting is more accurately described as "rise up against the man [frick the po-lice)" attitide, whereas the training is geared toward pulling a community together to demonstrate peacfully and discourage that type of behavior.

I also have no doubt that the DOJ agitators are there to continue to stoke this situation and keep it inflamed.
Wow. You need to keep out of the deep end of the gene pool.

Why should the government have to teach them how to be peaceful ?
Why should we have rabble-rousers on the public payroll?

So, whatever happened to these two DOJ "marshals"?

Two Department of Justice “protest marshals” are in Ferguson, Missouri to help train people taking part in demonstrations over the fatal police shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown.
Federal officials in a local community teaching people how to peacefully protest? Really?
smh

community leaders.
Who, Al, Jesse, and Crump? That's the problem, whatever community leaders existed prior to this, probably some pastors, cede whatever unglued they have immediately. From another angle though, influence doesn't mean anything when people are going out there with the specific goal of inciting police, destroying property and intimidating the populace.

So you're not in favor of citizen's rights to assemble in peaceful protest?
i mean constitutionally, i agree with their rights, but i do not agree with protest, b/c it's fricking stupid
and the government should not be part of it other than offering/enforcing the TMP restrictions

Obama wants militarization of police just as bad the guy before him and just as bad as the likely gal after him. Anyone who thinks otherwise is wrong.
The more violent the protest, the more necessity for militarization. You do one thing with the left hand and two things with the right hand.
This is simply not that hard. Probably the most transparent this admin has ever been
