Wonder how much of that money was actually spent on the programs and how much came back to a politician’s pocket as a kickback?
All this foreign aid is primarily money laundering and politicians and their buddies get rich off of it.
Same with DoD spending.

Well we spent over $2 trillion more a year under Biden than we did 5 years ago. That’s a good jumping off point for the amount of fraud and kickbacks. It’s certainly higher than that.

So what’s been found with USAID to date is not fraud? Misallocation of billions to programs that do not serve the interest of the US or what USAID says their mission statement is? You really need to sit this one out.
