Naw bro. It’s a battery powered angle grinder... to saw through 8 inch steel bollards filled with concrete and rebar in less than 30 minutes. Libs have this figured out.
Ask Proggy Hank if he knows what happens when a grinder wheel or a rosebud from a torch hit that concrete. They are the experts!
