Dems: "We should all honor MLK and his movement of equality for all people"

Also Dems "You should lose your job, house, and everything you own if you don't get a shot or if you say something mean I disagree with"

Also Dems "If you are white you should get in the back of the line and you are evil"

It sort of makes sense, though, since MLK was an anti-capitalist who believed socialism was the only way to achieve equality.

BTW: Why does this never get discussed about MLK?

FBI transcripts of alleged secret audio recordings shed light on the civil rights hero as a woman abuser who ‘laughed’ watching another minister rape a ‘parishioner’

quote:

June 7, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) – Recently declassified FBI documents suggest civil rights religious hero Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. was a sexual predator who preyed on dozens of women. FBI transcripts of secret audio recordings of King’s private life allegedly reveal a man who exploited his fame and status to commit heinous sexual acts with countless women across the country, including allegedly witnessing another minister forcibly rape a “parishioner” while King “looked on, laughed and offered advice.” The FBI documented King's sexual exploits in the 1960’s up until his assassination in 1968.

It has often been referred to as MLK's teachings and lessons.

OK. It's just weird. I guess he has been anointed as a prophetic figure. Just odd to me. Such is the nature of conservatism I guess. 50 years from now, Nikole Hannah-Jones and the 1619 Project will be revered, and there will be posts on Tigerdroppings talking about her "teachings", while someone like Roadgator gets mad at someone questioning it.

I just think it's a hoot.

The difference here being that there's nothing actually wrong with the things MLK was saying publicly.

Great. Do you consider him some prophetic figure though?

What about what he was saying privately?

Conserving yesterday's progressive agenda. I love conservatives.

20 years from now, you'll think I'm weird for not celebrating CRT being taught in schools.

Dems by and large support CRT, which flies in the face of the ideals that were taught by MLK. If MLK were alive today and saying the same things, he'd be shot down by the CRT-loving left for having internalized racism.

On the contrary, he would likely be very much a part of the dominant discourse of CRT, etc.
