Hamas is a terrorist organization ( to the extent they’re organized).
The Palestinian civilians are stuck with them because there was a power vacuum after the failure of the Palestinian Authority. Civilians are suffering for the actions of Iranian-backed Hamas. It’s a sad situation.

"Israel" which I believe you are confusing with Jews... hopefully you understand that the people who inhabit Israel today have absolutely no connection with the Israelites from the Old Testament.
