4 hop rule still in play. I haven't heard any of the pundits mention that when saying citizens can only get swept up when communicating with foreigners.
With contractors (and AI?) searching databases of comms, anyone in the country can be targeted.

Who believes that we were not being spied on long before FISA?
Telling us publicly is more transparent than it used to be. Some might call that an improvement.

I was told I had TDS in 2018 for not liking it, and I still don't like it today even though MAGA is against it, now.
