Absolutely correct.. my bad

What misplaced my thoughts is that a system was created for countries to join BRICS efforts in the Asian sphere of money called AIIB.

BRICS and AIIB are parallels under an umbrella bank NBD or some such thing. EU countries are then basically allowed to 'partner'(join unofficially) with BRICS under the sphere of the Asian(Chinese influenced) AIIB. Italy is one of the participants along with Germany, France and others.

AIIB is also an inroads to the new silk-road trade/investment groups.

Not that they already didn't have an enabler which helped set the table for it and remains a "useful" portal to it - the ANC.

Which existed there even before the good ole days of the Sullivan Principle, when Krugerrands were banned for sale in the U.S., and the Afrikaaners were forced to relinquish their country because of the slick, collusive machinations of DeBeers.
