I am the only one on my mortgage. However, my wife is required to sign documentation acknowledging everything because it is a community property state, which, lacking a clear division of property agreement, makes it her house and responsibility, too.

California is ALSO, a community property state. So, unless he has that clear, division of property agreement that was signed and submitted to the underwriter before taking out a mortgage, then his wife is technically a buyer of the house.

Yep. It’s hierarchy. They are allowed to use and abuse any part of the system they like. We’re not allowed to question what they do, and we’re certainly not allowed to use their system against them.

If you can't see the difference in a valid, legal subpoena via GJ (which is an indictment on GJ powers, generally, but I don't see you making that argument so you don't get to pivot to it now) and a member of the admin accessing documents outside of his legal authority, then that's a you problem.

BUT OF COURSE

cause that fit the 'narrative'

The NARRATIVE is now the law of the land - someday they will get around to codifying it - as for now, since the lambs don't mind being led to slaughter, they don't need to do anything but keep pushing.

So you are merely amused by the lawfare the democrats employ in exercising their illegitimate powers.

Methinks your only pleasure in life is bastardizing whatever intellectual/academic prowess you have acquired to admire the 'victories' obtained by those devoted to destroying the very civilization that provided you the means to obtain and enjoy all your attributes.

I'd rather be a hermit in an uninhabited area than to be you.

You a pathetic excuse for . . . . . ..
