They have a major problem on their hands. The combination of the present unemployment numbers and a Democrat controlled Washington means lots of freeloaders mooching off the Federal Government.
Lots of those folks have no intention of going back to work as long as the D's are in power.

WaPo seems to think so, but really they're setting up the excuse for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years (mid-term) when his policies have failed so they can blame Trump (who oversaw the largest expansion ever and the largest as a percentage since Reagan).
