Serious question: are we allowed to discuss whether a bill overreaches
Why don't you discuss WHY?
You assholes NEVER clearly state WHY you support what you do.

The Laken Riley Act has some bad provisions in it if you take a deep dive. It Essentially allows the suspension of Constitutional protections in some nebulous circumstances.
Liar.

Ro Khanna says any Democrat who voted for the Laken Riley Act is disqualifying.
The democrat party is moving swiftly to exclude anyone who is not a bomb throwing radical leftist.

Your homosexual hysteria is duly noted

It is for dumbasses like you and VOR. If you’re against it then it is probably a great thing

This is the game they play. It’s a convenient excuse to hide behind their vague disagreements while pretending to be moderate because they are afraid to admit they support the policies of the Left. “Too much government overreach” but really what they are saying is “I support it but know it makes me look like a tranny and illegal immigrant lover so I will hide behind their vague disagreements guise of libertarianism”.

Who did Khanna endorse in Kentucky a few weeks ago? ;)
A man that voted for the Laken Riley Act. Glad they could at least come together to try to keep the gov't from protecting pedos.

The debate is fundamentally this and this alone, although it will be argued as racism by your side because that's always what y'all do, especially when you are taking on a weak position:
Public safety versus Due-Process risk.
Republicans and conservatives tend to see the law as closing a dangerous enforcement gap, while Democrats who oppose it tend to see it as expanding detention power beyond what an arrest alone should justify. The question that lies between the two sides is boiled down to one. That is: "Do immigrants here illegally, whether it's due to an expired VISA or lack of government approval to be here, have the same rights of due process OUTSIDE of immigration court? Dems believe they should and everyone else says no.

Khanna endorsed Massie because he knew Massie was very useful as a Trump obstructionist representing a highly pro-Trump district. Unfortunately for Massie and the democrats, the voters figured that out.

Describe these.
Be honest, you celebrated Lincoln Riley’s murder…didn’t you?
Your ilk is vile, and violent.
