Well this is one of the more entertaining and dumber posts I have seen. The Cuban government hates us but the Cubans would crawl through broken glass to come here. Common sense would help you.

The Russian Navy is, and always has been, absolute trash. They're a continental power, not a maritime power. Go to YouTube and type in "Voyage of the Damned-Russian Fleet".
