Problem you are going to have here is that you won't find many, if anyone at all, that will defend this behavior.
As an atheist that finally decided Christians weren't who I should be concerned about, I quickly discovered they won't cover for these pedophiles, unlike another group you are familiar with...

Christian's are sinners, too, and the Bible says that those who practice such things (are unrepentant) will be judged by God. Also, anyone who uses a position of power in the church to take advantage of others will be judged more harshly by God.
