Nice but companies are getting whiplash trying to be compliant. My guess is they will move forward with mandates to keep CMS from dropping the hammer if it somehow goes through.

Not only was the judge appointed by Trump, all 10 states have either a Republican AG and/or governor. 
I won't be surprised if even Dominion can't save the democrats from here on out. I've said it before and will say it again...those cheating politicians in DC know the gig is up. I predict there will be many retirements in the near future on both sides of the aisle.

Ours are requiring all employees to submit their vaccine card data. If you choose not to submit it they will flag you as unvaccinated. They are not enforcing the mandate yet pending the court cases but collecting data so they can enforce immediately if required.

Is there a company in FL or medical facility demanding mandates? Probably are but not hearing it.
On a side not, I’ve noticed that fed ex drivers no longer masking up. Am sure they are happy about that
