I am not defending Oprah, but any AI will confirm she got no USAID money. She is supposedly doing another venture.
Qagg news seems like the national enquirer. Adding USAID is what makes this a story. I have no doubt of money laundering geo politically... probably funny business with Oprah's foundation, but this is cheap trashy click bait for fools.
