What I want to know is why is USSOCOM involved? They are the command for Army Special Forces, SEAL's, etc. This doesn't fit their mission profile at all. It would be more in the realm of NSA or US Cyber Command.

Also I am not sure how AI can detect misinformation. AI is trained on data and there is no way to train it on things that haven't happened yet.

And color me skeptical that these people really care about misinformation. THEY are the ones who allowed the "Muh Russia" narrative to run wild for two years (all the while knowing it was bullshite). THEY are the ones who signed a document claiming Hunter's laptop was Russian disinformation (all the while knowing it was indeed Hunter's laptop).

This is why you only discuss sensitive matters verbally and through intermediaries. Nobody talks on the phone or texts anything.

How long before people just start typing gibberish and sending random texts, emails etc all over the place to frustrate AI?

Does this only look at posts from IP addresses originating outside the US? If so, what happens with posts that are screened and the IP is found to be within the US? Not hard to shuffle those off into a special log, which would violate the 4th amendment.

I'm glad to see 'national security' being used as a blanket excuse for everything though - when I get elected I'm going to have a free for all with that.

Yes, F250 Platinum edition loan forgiveness is a national security issue, Congress, now shut up and pay off these loans.

Democrats are such disgusting people. They are going to arrest people for saying men can't get pregnant. And "boys have penises and girls have vaginas"

This is why they want people that "don't know what a woman is" on SCOTUS so eventually these "misinformation" cases have the right allys on the bench.

I hope Musk puts money behind fighting this, like the lawyer fees for getting fired. Sadly we are living in an age that the Commicrats are throwing their vile anti-American garbage at the wall to see what sticks, but won't be for years until it gets reviewed by SCOTUS.
