Thats one of the six outcomes I've been told on this board the administration was pursuing with tariffs.

The US Senate vote means nothing other than a cheap way to influence a SCOTUS decision, just like the Canadian commercials. The House is not going to take up the resolution and even if they did and it passed, the president will veto and the senate does not 2/3 the vote to overturn.
