Yes. 20-30 million or more people there that shouldn't be, it is implausible to think there won't be errors.
They often have the same name. They often don't speak English. They often are WITH actual illegals. They often are snared while doing something illegal. How can a judge validate a document just because someone waves it around?
Rarely are they grabbing a guy from behind his desk surrounded by diplomas on the wall.

What other papers do you suggest we carry on us at all times? Right now we are at State ID.....should we be compelled to carry our Social Security cards and Official Birth certificates.....marriage certificates as well....make sure all of us have passports....so compell us to have federal ID?......at all times?
