My understanding is that the ICE agents was not in the courtroom, and there was no order from the court before his arrest. What jurisdiction is the judge using to a contempt charge on the ICE officer?

A predawn raid with about 500 federal agents and this c unt being drug across her lawn in her underwear would send a clear message.
