Ms. Halligan ignored the exculpatory evidence in making this decision.
What is the exculpatory evidence? Be specific.

Surely she did not show the exculpatory evidence to the grand jury.
Clearly you aren’t aware of how a grand jury works.

She made it very clear and it was 100% understood by the mortgage originator that she was helping her niece purchase the property for the niece to live in. It’s unequivocal.
She is an attorney. Trump isn’t. The bank involved in the Trump case testified on his behalf and said they knew all of the facts did their own due diligence and were paid fully and timely. She still got a conviction. frick her. She will get convicted and lose her license. Your mental gymnastics won’t work here.

Again, what were the terms of the loan? I read that entire statement you posted. Clearly, if she was taking on a loan for her niece, it would receive a rate that is higher than owner occupied?

They ended up charging her for another property that wasn’t in the referral letter. I don’t know anything about this one. This one has nothing to do with niece.

The loan docs are prima facie evidence of her wrongdoing. This case is so much stronger than the one she got a Trump conviction on. Of course, you don’t care. You like jack smith. A guy that has been ruled acted unethically twice. You’re a team first moron.

Then I look forward to him linking his posts criticizing the Trump charges. Or you can…Hank. TIA.

Cool. I'm just now digging into the docs you posted.

Despite you're disrespect of me, here's what I found in 90 seconds of searching.

Don’t bother now. That involves a separate property than the one that was charged.

Actually just read the charging docs you posted.

That is in no way him criticizing the charges against Trump. Try again.
