"What he perceives" is doing a lot of heavy lifting. Ray Charles can see where this is going when we factor in VZ's connection to Dominion/Smartmatic.
Any other POTUS in any other elections outside of 2020/24 would likely not draw public scrutiny like this, but we all know what we saw.
