You want your weapons as close to your possible adversaries as you can get them. Why do you think the USSR wanted nukes in Cuba in the early 1960s? The weather?

If you believe Russia is your mortal enemy, the perfect place to develop dangerous, highly volatile weapons is Ukraine.

My thought it that, if a Gov’t is going to have labs like this, but make it illegal to have on its own land, then it should not be done in the 1at place.

Just like the BP OIL SPILL. The Surfactant that they sprayed on the oil on top of the water to suppress and sink it is illegal to use in something like 99% of countries in the world EXCEPT for like the USA & Bangladesh or some shite hole that doesn’t matter. It was supposedly stored in warehouses owned by BP/USA in Europe, then brought here to hide the evidence floating to the surface.

Same thing but different. We have chemicals to treat and finish leather and animal Hyde’s into boots, belts etc…. But they make it illegal to use here, but we can ship the leather & buds to Italy and China etc… and they finish the product there, then we buy the finished product back from them. The entire system is fricked & designed to destroy USA commerce
