I mean it is so obvious that the way to preserve freedom is having whole groups of political enemies branded "terrorists" there's definitely no way that gets turned against us.

You have no way of knowing this. There were 2 video angles, one from the rear that was filmed several blocks away from the incident, and another from the front of the incident with about a hundred people in between the camera and the car.
If you have seen a different video that shows the driver was unprovoked please share. Comments from reporters at the police station say you are full of shite.
