It’s like they want our country to fail. What is their plan? How do they see this country progressing? ...without God ...or freedom?

It always comes back to differences in worldviews. Their views on how the world does and should work are antagonistic towards the views of Conservatives.

America - because it was founded with freedom in mind. This freedom allows success, but also failure. They don't want to be free to fail, they want everyone to have equal results despite their efforts. To accomplish this, the state must be powerful enough to control everything in order to prevent the consequences of failure. They hate America because the government doesn't shield them from the consequences of their actions or choices.
God - A Higher Power with standards for behavior introduces guilt. They want to do what they want, when they want, and how they want without repercussions or guilt. If they can "kill" God, they can engage in unlimited debauchery without guilt.
Guns - They hate guns because they think guns are the reasons for violence. They honestly believe that most murders wouldn't happen if people didn't have an efficient tool to carry them out. The same people that don't want God putting limits on their actions also believe that people are only as morally reprehensible as the tools at their disposal.

Don't know if it so much hate but more of a fundamental difference in how one views mankind as well as how one views God. Left seems to believe man is fundamentally good and can solve ills apart from God. They elevate man on equal footing with God for all practical purposes and this permeates how they govern and wish to be governed
Conservatives tend to hold the opposite view and believes it is not government's role to solve all that ails mankind, hence, how one governs and wishes to be governed.
There will never, ever be a meeting of the two but rather a continuing struggle for generations to come.

The left reminds me of the loser kid who would have outbursts in class, get reprimanded and then continue doing the same the next day. Now they've realized that several of their loony friends are also the same way so it becomes group-think instead of free-think.
One has to wonder if all the Silicon Valley clowns were this effeminate before they became billionaires or not. I'd wager they were never this way prior to. Being for the "Dreamers" and the plight of the poor is a catchy thing that helps sell/market your product....all the while living in a castle with a gate around it

They are enabled by "like" people inside the party, and those with "interests" outside that donate/broadcast/televise/write - to promote themselves.
They influence the up and comers, and the latch-on's that desperately need to belong to something, despite its deceitful, malicious, unpatriotic, and treasonous intent.
This same influence then goes to the sheeple that blindly follow the PARTY, because they too need something to belong to. They too care little to nothing about American cultural values or the Constitution. Their self interests are at the fore-front, and are more important that yours if you aren't of "like" affiliation. Hell, they see the people at the top getting away with murder, so America BE DAMNED!
