This is a perfect example of the left’s arrogance and belief that they know better in any given situation. Biden corrects a Native American Chief on a Native American term. It is unbelievable to me this kind of thing is being tolerated.

Insane. So Biden saying “tribal” twice in his preamble is okay. The word “Indian” is okay. But an actual Cherokee saying “tribe” is verboten?

No they don't. Indians are from India which is what Columbus mistook them for. They prefer Native or Native American.

Also, my father works for the Miccosukee Tribe in Florida. They all refer to themselves as Indians.

My wife is Navajo and and my in-laws live on the rez. But what the frick do I know? You might have studied Natives but I'm related to them. Times change. At least the Navajos don't like to be called Indians. Every o I've say, "I ain't from frickin' India". Maybe it's just the Navajo tribe (Sorry Papa Joe) that feels that way.
